[pmmail-list] Forwarded HTML message is incomplete

If I receive an HTML message, the PMMail editor displays only portions of it.  Alt-V (View Full Message) shows the hidden portions.

If I forward this message, PMMail re-transmits only the displayed portion of the message.

Is this controlled by some configuration option?  Or is it a bug?
