[pmmail-list] Invalid header causes crash in 2380

I just looked at the message with which I started this thread; the
cause is the same - nothing to do with 8-bit characters.

The line at the end of the headers contains a space (there is no
properly empty line until the end of the message in this case).

I guess that PMMail should take a blank line while in header mode as
equivalent to an empty one, even though it is not "right".  At any
rate, it shouldn't crash!
