[pmmail-list] PMMail/2 dies during Fetch

I've sent a couple of examples of this to support before.  
The ones that always get me are legitimate ads sent by a 
software vendor with whom I've registered.  They are 
multi-part MIME messages containing both a plain text _and_ 
an HTML version of the same stuff.

I use a Web-based POP3 service to read and delete the 
message that causes the problem.
