Yep. I am told by cox it is because some ISP's to try and prevent their
smtp servers being used for Spam have started to forbid open relays.
Your E-mail address has to come from the same ISP whose, smtp server your
using. I had a massive problem with this for awhile since I send using
coxmail but get my pop mail from davephx.com which is not on the cox
server. Cox told me they had to write a program to "fool" the other ISP
server to not reject the message thinking it was an open relay.
