[pmmail-list] Can't get Outlook Express to import address book

Can anyone tell me step by step how i should go about importing my outlook express address book into PM Mail?

I export address book to a .cvs file then i import it to pm mail.....but none of my addresses are there!

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I only started using this program last few days - making simple task seem so hard though am I not?
