[pmmail-list] how to print ALL cc: names?

I cannot figure how to print all my cc's names when I print a hard
copy of an email.  I have on the print line for the header:

To:From:Date:cc:

but if there are more cc: names than fit on one 80char wide line,
they just scroll of the right side and don't get printed.  Is there a
way around this?
