[pmmail-list] Substitute text editor in PMMail?

I am running PMMail 2.10.2010 for OS/2 and it does allow you to select
your own editor.  It is set in the <Accoutn> <Settings> window.  In
fact, each account can use its own individual editor or the internal
PMMail editor.  I do not know of a website where this is shown.
