[pmmail-list] Wish List for PMM/2 again

Recently, I've seen this feature with the Bat e-mail client from an
OS/2 user in Montreal. AFAIK, this program is only W32. I've seen
writer's initials in posts from other users on OS/2 lists, but did not
check for the name of their e-mail client.
I agree that it makes very long messages much easier to read.
Also, I noticed that Kris Sorem uses a customised header in his
replies, but I don't see any reference to it in the Help. I meant to
ask him about it, but don't see my query on it so must have slipped my
mind afterward.
Is this a well known trick or a "patch"?

That would be really nice. I'd actually forgotten about it, but in
the
days of bulletin boards, lots of mail software followed that
principle.
It makes long running discussions very much clearer.
