[pmmail-list] RFE: Edit URL

A feature I like in the Xnews newsreader (http://xnews.3dnews.net/) is
the ability to select a URL, RMB, and select "Edit URL". This brings up
an edit box containing all selected text in one line, even when the
selected URL was broken across multiple lines in the original message.
This allows one to either repair the URL (removing extraneous white
space and quoting characters) or trim it to inspect a parent page.
