Peter truly treats his PMView product in this manner, and I have
hoped for these many months that BSW might start doing the same
with PMMail now that Peter has joined them. Peter is an active
participant in the PMView email list, and this is very nice from a
development viewpoint as he then knows what the customer is seeing
in the way of problems.
I've worked with Peter off-the-list on at least 3 PMView problems and
the experience has been wonderful (and he was able to solve those problems
rather quickly, quickly providing testcase programs for experimentation).
I've been hoping that Peter would be able to put into place several
of the good traits of PMView, and its maillist, here in PMMail .... but
sadly I haven't seen any of these yet. Have you, Ralph?
