[pmmail-list] Clean Up Message Forwarding

I select Forward rather than Reply. This causes PMMail to automatically
fill in the Subject field and allows me to select the recipients.

This step can be eliminated by deselecting 'Quote Message Text in
Replies...' in Account Settings=>Preferences if you use the Reply function
to forward.
