Good enough for the customer. They are not techy enough to use filters
if I don't do it for them. 

With Domino they get webmail, calendaring, to-do list AND SHARED
ADDRESS BOOK plus PRIVATE ADDRESS BOOK and they can pick-up their email
from behind another corp's firewall by using a browser etc etc

Add to that the security of single point backup of their email at the
server

When the corporate support through PMmail is non existant and the
clients look for another way all those things add up.

Sadly for me I am neither a Domino admin nor a Notes programmer. Might
be time to get some new skills.

40+ years in the business and still learning.... ain't it fun?
