[pmmail-list] Error Message when starting

I have just downloaded the Windows 2000 version of PMMail, which I hope to
use instead of Outlook Express.  I have migrated all the settings and
address, I think successfully.

But when I try to open PMMail I get the following error message, and do not
get any new messages.  Any suggestions?
Sat, 29 Sep 01 15:48:42 ==> -ERR Too few arguments for the pass command. ;
This is the error that resulted from the PASS command
