[pmmail-list] Fwd: [os2info] [VOICENWS] Bug in PMMail 2.20.2380

Have this problem here also:

Config.Sys contains:
SET TZ=EST5EDT,4,1,0,7200,10,-1,0,7200,3600
which is the verbose (and correct) syntax for US EST/EDT
timezone.  EDT does not start until the Sunday coming up,
but my messages are all showing (EDT) in them.

("Timezone offset to GMT" setting in  PMMail | Settings | Locale
is greyed out, but shows -4 (which is incorrect))

Am running PMMail 2.10.2010 ... so the bug is not only in the
version shown in the "subject" ...
