Now that there were a bunch of posting concerning this I checked this for my
case (living in Germany, using 2.10.2010). Our DST really started last Sunday
(Mar, 31st) and even messages sent on Sunday (read still in March) were being
stamped with CEST, and so were all the following ones. Looks correct at the
moment ...
