[pmmail-list] Anyone know what this is?

Hi all,

Occasionally, I get "spam" that looks like the stuff below.  Problem
is, it doesn't seem to serve any real purpose, and it looks like
garbage.  I'm just curious if anyone knows what the heck it is?  Is it
output from a virus, or what?
