Yes, multiple Reply-Tos are not allowed, but it could be handier to 
change the Reply-To and other header values.  Usually, I don't 
explicitly set a Reply-To, but sometimes I want to.  For example, when 
I flame someone, I might want to send a further metamessage by 
directing his return flame to "idontcare@yer-a-luser.com" or 
something. :)

A menu item to explicitly change/add header values would be nice (like 
adding an X-no-archive: line sometimes).  Changing the Reply-To: 
message by message would be less flexible but also useful.

This doesn't address the original request, but I think it clarifies 
what you were responding to.
