Hello Bruce,

  I have seen previous references to these parameters, but there is no
mention of them in the Help of Warp 4 FP 15, so I presume that there is
a more detailed description in another source.  Where would one find
this information?

which is the verbose (and correct) syntax for US EST/EDT
timezone.
