[pmmail-list] New message & Tab

Hello,
	When composing a new message the tab only moves the cursor a teeny tiny 
little bit when used on a new line. If a character is typed first it moves the 
appropriate distance. this hoses the formatting when it is sent. Saving to draft 
and then reopening  seems to straighten it out. Running 2475 on windows xp @ a 
resolution of 1400x1050.
