If you haven't done so, you might want to set up your external editor
to be a browser. When I get a message from eBay, I just hit Alt+X and
can see it formatted as they wanted.

The original request is still an excellent idea, but this workaround
could help you a lot in the meantime.

For example, on my system in Account/Properties/Editor:

Editor: "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE"
Arguments: "D:\Programs\Blueprint Software Works\PMMail 2000\%s"

Don't click the radio button to use the external editor.

Unfortunately, you need to set this up for every account. Also, I
assume this won't work for you if you are already actually using an
external editor.
