Hello Walter,
I don't know if the following entry from Jonathan de Boyne Pollard's
Command Line Utilities, but here is his suggested format for "SET TZ"
-> SET TZ=EST5EDT4,M4.1,M10.5
where M4.1 is the change from EST to EDT on Month 4.1st Sunday and
M10.5 is the change from EDT to EST on Month 10.5th Sunday.
