[pmmail-list] $ab$ filter won't work right

Hi all !

Does anyone know why this filter does not work. It is supposed to take any emails from people in the "Family and Friends" address book and put it in the "family / friends" 
folder - but it does not. Emails still end up in the inbox.  Any ideas ?? Thanks.
