No they don't (or not usually). Most spammers ensure there is no 
route back to them from the email headers, that way it's harder to 
complain about them and they can't be email-bombed back. Mostly the 
relevent headers are forged (or they reference a "throwaway" hotmail or 
yahhoo address).
