RTFM?

1. Go to Account->Filters menu (or Ctrl+J)
2. Press "New" button
3. Switch from "Simple" to "Complex" radio button
4. Paste/type in filter as posted/edit if required,
5. Select/Configure required action(s). Suggest you
   set "Manual" as well as "Incoming" for testing too.
6. Press "OK"
