One solution in many cases might be to set a batch file as filter
action. This batch just copies the mail file to the incoming directory
of the target account, like this:

@Copy %1 SMTP-Accounts\Postmaster\
==============================CUT==============================


This direcory "SMTP-Accounts\Postmaster\" is the directory to tell in
the "Path to incoming mail" field of the account "Postmaster"
("Postmaster" settings, page "Receive", SMTP checked). You may
fine-tune it by setting "check for new mail every 30 seconds" and set
up any filters in the "Postmaster" account in this example that meet
your needs.
