[pmmail-list] Moving PMMail to a new computer

Well, Copying the whole tree should also work (no reinstall necessary, but it
doesn't harm either).  And indeed do not forget to copy Tools as well...
As I have both PMMail and PMINews, I moved everything to \MailAndNews\ myself
(was in \southsft originally) , but I think moving everything to root is going
to work as well.
