[pmmail-list] Buglet - lack of warning

I have this morning reinstalled PMMail after a clean install of WinNT
on a new hard drive. It picked up my old mailboxes which I copied in
just fine.

I was just in the process of posting a question here as to why I couldn't
send a message to a mailing list in one of my five accounts. It just blinked
and did nothing when I hit send or save. Then I realised what was wrong.
The Add authenticated signature button was active but I haven't yet reinstalled
PGP. Surely an error message would be better than just doing nothing?
