Allow my $0.02.  In the Centre of The Universe of the socialist country
- the Greater Toronto Area.  All other Canadian cities are to have the
name Lesser prefixing their names by 2006, according to a recent act of
Parliament.

That's ok, though - no one in Canada has to sell their home when a
family member gets ill.  <g,d, & r vvvvvv fast>
