[pmmail-list] New Bug in 2608?

d/l the new 2606 and installed it over 2581. When started a msgbox "unable to locate rasapi32.dll" popped up and
pmmail exited. I am on a cable modem and my connection was up at the time.

Copying my backup of 2581 back in fixed the problem.
