Hi Steve,

I'm running under Win2k SP2 and installed 2612 over 2581, rebooted and
it ran without a problem.  Also, I checked my root drive and found
three copies of rasapi32.dll there.  Did you reboot after installing
2612?  If so, then maybe a temporary workaround would be to place a
copy of rasapi32.dll in your PMMail directory - assuming you have a
copy on your system.
