[pmmail-list] Some Idiot-proofing needed. (2581 Windows)

You know the saying: As soon as you make something 
idiot-proof they build a better idiot :-)

The idiot (me) created a folder called "spam" as a child of
trash. Maybe PMMail shouldn't allow the creation of child folders
from trash, because their presence seems to make PMMail crash on
shutdown.
