This is a wishlist item, I suppose.

How about a log showing some pertinent details of messages sent?

The sent mail folder is fine EXCEPT when I send a message to many
recipients.

I always address such messages to myself and BCC to the required
recipients.
That stops idiots forwarding messages with spamjoy included. (The
entire address list)

Later I have no way of seeing who was on that list if an update or
correction is neded.

I suppose a filter can do it but logging seems a natural way......
