As a matter of fact, yes.  My version does work differently.  As I 
mentioned, using any/all of the options:
	Ctl-V
	Alt-V
	Icon on tool bar
I get the BCC list between the "To:" and the "Date:" tags.

But, then, I also have:
  >X-Mailer: PMMail 2.10.2010 for OS/2 Warp 4.05

instead of your:
  >X-Mailer: PMMail 2000 Standard (2.20.2661) For Windows 2000 (5.0.2195;2)

BTW, I was reading my incoming mail in date/time sequence.  So I saw
your reply to me before I saw any of the other responses.
