[pmmail-list] problem with version 2.20.2469

Progress of a sort on bouncing mail in a filter...

Now when I bounce mail in a filter:
- it doesn't crash
- it doesn't get sent
- it is visible in the outbox (with a white envelope status) without
crashing
- if I try to send, nothing happens
- if I reindex the outbox, a second copy of each mail appears (no
envelope)
- if I send, the new copies are sent (one at a time, still)
- if I now reindex, nothing happens (the old entries remain)
- if I restart the program, the outbox comes back empty, even with
reindexing
- if I try to delete the odd entries (without restarting) the program
crashes

Better than the last beta, but still seriously broken.
