[pmmail-list] Migrating filters

Not in my case, I guess, since both accounts already exist and have
their own filters (about 50 in one, 20 in the other). I now need to
migrate 20 lists (with their filters) from one account to the other.

What should help me is if the format of the FILTERS.LST would be
documented somewhere, or a REXX script that uses it.
