Weird. It is definitely a "Killer HTML Spam". My filter catches it.

However, when I turn the filter off, the message does NOT crash my
copy of PMMail for Windows v2.20.2469, either by selecting it with
the preview pane on, by opening it with a double-click or by
attaching it to a new outgoing message. This bug has been fixed for
some time and I do not see evidence here that it has recurred.

Can you confirm that your copy is still crashing?

Can anyone else confirm?
