[pmmail-list] spell checker in Windows PMMail

Yes, Trevor.  But I couldn't find what was common between the times is worked.  I thought it was on new 
notes but that turned out to be false.  Last night I finally uninstalled the failing beta(s) and installed the 
version 2.20.2030 and while that fixed the spell checker, it caused the ability to view attachments from a 
RMB click on the message to fail.  I had to uninstall the failing beta before I could fix the spell checker, 
just installing the back level alone didn't help.
