  I doubt that a reinstall without first uninstalling will work.  These
symptoms ARE immediately after installing PmMail 2000 Pro over an
existing PmMail 2000 Std.  Unfortunately since Moms machine is 350
miles away I probably won't get a chance to try anything on it for
several months at least.
