[pmmail-list] Mail list size limit

Some MTAs will [rightly] reject mail with too many recipients as a spam
reduction concept or fair-share balancing maneuver. Not that it isn't a
PMMail constraint, but you might look around for other software for
mailing lists, or set up your own local server.
