[pmmail-list] PMMail/2 v2.20.2300 Account Settings Send page bug

FWIW:  I don't know if this is known bug or not or if it present in the later versions.

When looking at the account settings the Send Page when opened always has the SMTP selected, even if POP was the selected method for 
sending.   I have two POP only accounts, and if I even pass by this page,  it changes it SMTP and I don't always notice.
