I agree.  It's a real PITA when you glance at a folder looking for the
arrival of a particular email without realizing that its sort order has
been changed.  It's also a pain to have to open up the properties
window to manually reset the sort order because there aren't any column
headers available.  For instance, I like to sort my folders in reverse
order starting  Date & Time Recieved.  That column doesn't exist in the
messages list so the only way to change it back is through the
properties page.  A RMB option to restore the original sort order would
be nice along with some kind of indicator to alert you when the sort
order's been changed.
