I'm not sure what your particular issue is, but PMMail has been able to display 
text/html messages just fine for several versions now.  Its HTML rendering is 
not nearly as rich or accurate as Outlook, but for most purposes it works just 
fine.

The messages must have the correct MIME-type markings, but most HTML messages 
do.  I plopped a GIF with a screen shot of my PMMail version 2520 displaying an 
HTML spam at http://www.probo.com/timr/html.gif.
