[pmmail-list] Build 2578 No-HTML option for reply

It works great!

It would be nice, when replying to a message that has been "translated" to plaintext from HTML, if the reply came up in plaintext as well. 

IOW, a reply to an HTML message will open in the composer as HTML-formatted. 

Can this behaviour be changed?
