[pmmail-list] PMMSEND Error 0005 (OS/2 v)

 I was interested in the Internet Fax usage with PMFAX.  

The PMFAX internet faxing web page has similar information to the parameters as PMMail's help in the PMMSEND program but using it. PMFAX's 
listing the substitution parameters that it needs to send the fax. It gets a

BUT I get an error when I try it manually. Here's what it looks like
