[pmmail-list] Fetching large mail

My guess is that you're fetching the message as part of PMMail startup,
so you can't act on it with Remote Control.

You really ought to be able to delete the message via remote control. 
If you can't use the Netscape mail client or some other tool, then try
the following:

1. Go to Account -> Properties -> Preferences

2. Turn off Startup Actions / Fetch Mail.  

3.  Shut down PMMail and restart it.

4.  Use Remote Control to delete the offending message.

5.  Reverse steps 1+2.
