I think the real problem is that Peter isn't working on PMMail full-time ...
But rather in fits-and-starts ... Plus more importantly ...
PMView is his baby ... from the ground-up ...
PMMail was Bob and Ike's ... So he's working on totally unfamiliar code ...
And from what I hear that's a VERY differcult situation ... working on someone elses code ...
