[pmmail-list] NEW OS/2 Beta Available

I have uploaded the latest beta for OS/2 onto the website.

Peter has added ESMTP support. Very minimal testing has been done on this, although Trevor has verified that it did allow him to send mail using at least one 
ESMTP server.
