[pmmail-list] Yahoo Changes

I've been using Yahoo Mail for some time as my ISPs came and went. Now they want money if I want 
to continue using PMMail. I can still get mail thru their web page without paying. I've been using 
PMMail for so long that I hate to give it up for $33 a year.
Is there a FREE mail outfit that would be worth switching to? 
Can you use HotMail with PMMail?
