[pmmail-list] URLs still lock up pmmail on beta

This happens whether my default browser is netscape 6.1 or IE6. Further, if I boot into WinXP instead,
the browser window gets launched, but doesn't go to any web page (or home, either -- just stays blank).
I'm GUESSING that bad args are being passed to the browser, but I don't know enough about Windoze to tell.
