[pmmail-list] Spell checker in 2501 & TZ problem

My spell checker caught:  thiis iss tesst spellll cheeeccker

I am using 2.20.2501 with Windows 2000.

I guess the TZ issue doesn't apply to Windows, as I am at UTC-7 (PDT)
and my outgoing messages are timestamped properly.
